Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free plan is fully functional with 20 monitors and checks every 3 minutes. You can upgrade anytime when you need more monitors or faster checks.
What are notification limits?
Monthly notification limits by plan: Free (250 emails, 100 push), Hobby (500 emails, 25 SMS, 250 push), Starter (1,000 emails, 100 SMS, 500 push), Professional (2,000 emails, 300 SMS, 2,000 push), Enterprise (unlimited). Each plan has its own monthly push, email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice quotas.
